Return Period You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Unopened cosmetic products may be returned.
  • Opened or used liquid and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Electronic products cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to incorrect product selection, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • For returns due to seller error, shipping costs are covered by us.
